Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Treatment Fees

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services are HST exempt.
Herbal prescriptions and any additional items are not included in session fees and may be subject to 13% HST.

All treatment fees are non-refundable.

All product sales are final.

  • Initial FULL Session (Intake, Assessment + /Herbs/Lifestyle/Self-Care etc.)

  • Re-Assessment (After 4+ Months Away)

  • Brief Phone Check-In + Herbal Refill

  • Guidance Follow-Up (Planning & Refinement)

  • Extended TCM Follow-Up

  • Initial FULL Session (Intake, Assessment + Treatment if the time allows)

  • Re-Assessment (After 4+ Months Away)
    $150 · up to 60 minutes

  • Subsequent Follow-Ups
    $130 · up to 60 minutes

  • TCM + Registered Massage Therapy (45 min)
    $130 (TCM) + $118.65 (RMT, incl. HST)
    * Two separate services billed individually.

RMT sessions are subject to 13% HST.

  • Pelvic or Breast/Lactation Massage Follow-Up
    $150 · 60 minutes ($169.50 incl. tax)

  • Short Follow-Up
    $105 · 45 minutes ($118.65 incl. tax)

  • Standard Follow-Up
    $130 · 60 minutes ($146.9 incl. tax)

  • Extended Follow-Up
    $185 · 90 minutes ($209.05 incl. tax)

In-Office RMT treatment fees

  • ONLINE Initial session
    $125 · 60 minutes ($141.25 incl. tax)

  • ONLINE Follow-up
    $110 · 60min ($124.3 incl.tax)

  • Celluma Light Therapy
    $30 · 30 minutes ($33.90 incl. tax)
    For conditions not covered within your current treatment plan

Notes:

  • Prices are subject to change with notice.

  • Fees payable by E-transfer (preferred), or Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard).

  • Herbal formulas and supplemental products are billed separately and may be subject to 13% HST.

Other Fees And Policies

  • The following services are available outside of direct treatment sessions and are billed as follows:

    • $40 per 15min

    • $75 per 30 minutes

    • $100 per 45 minutes

    • $125 per hour

    • Additional time is billed at $25 per 15-minute increment

    Services Billed at Time-Based Rates:

    • Initial Assessment or Re-Assessment outside regular sessions

    • Progress or Medical-Legal Report preparation

    • Discharge Notes

    • Form Completion (where fees are not set by government regulation)

    • Verbal Consultations (outside scheduled appointments)

    • Review of Client Records (including for legal/court purposes)

    • Expert Testimony Preparation or Participation

    Additional Costs may apply to:

    • Photocopying of Records

    • Record Transfers (via mail or courier)

    • Supplies used outside standard treatments

    • Administrative Expenses

    No Fee Services:

    • Communication letters sent within a client’s circle of care are provided free of charge.

  • Receipts are issued once payment has been received.

    Insurance coverage—including eligible services, visit limits, and annual caps—varies by provider and policy.
    Please contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage details.

    • Registered Massage Therapy Services

    • Registered Acupuncture Services

    • Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Services (Chinese Herbs, TCM Herbs)

    Note: Receipts for online sessions will include the label “Telehealth.”

    Important:

    • Receipts are not interchangeable between disciplines.
      For example, a TCM receipt cannot be used for massage therapy claims, and vice versa.

  • We do not accept Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) or Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) claims at this time.

Payment & Refund Policy

Please be advised of the following policies regarding appointments and purchases:

  • All treatment fees are non-refundable.
    This includes situations where a treatment is not received due to late cancellation or missed appointments.

  • A 48-hour cancellation policy is in effect.
    Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full treatment fee.

  • All product sales are final.
    For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
