We are conveniently offering both Online and In-Person appointments for residents of Ontario, Canada.
Regrettably, we are not offering home visit treatments until further notice. Please consider an online appointment instead.

Office Hours:

  • Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Thursday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • (by appointment only)

Our Online Sessions: Access, Privacy & Safety

    • You’ll receive a final appointment reminder and the video link 30 minutes before your appointment — no downloads required.

    • Optional: you can also download the Jane mobile app for added convenience from here: Android and Apple

    • Sessions are conducted securely online via our practice management software, JaneApp.

    • Choose a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted. Public settings like cafés or shopping malls are not suitable.

    • Please keep your camera steady throughout the session. Holding your device in your hand or walking while on the call can be distracting for both of us.

    • Please treat your online session with the same care as an in-person visit.

      • Avoid eating a meal during your session.

    • The session will NOT be recorded. Feel free to take notes during your session.

    • Wearing earphones and using a microphone is strongly recommended to enhance audio quality and protect your privacy.

    • Hand Signal for Safety

      • If you’re ever in an unsafe situation during a video session, you can use a silent hand signal to ask for help: hold your palm to the camera, tuck your thumb into your palm, and fold your fingers over it. No words are necessary—we’ll respond with care.

      • If you need more information, consider searching “silent hand signal for help” when it’s safe to do so.

Visiting Our Office: Accessibility, Comfort & What To Expect

    • Our office is located on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator access.

    • There are 40 stairs in total, with landings every 8 steps.

    • A folding chair is available on the 2nd-floor landing if you need to rest. Kindly return it to its spot after use.

    • If you require assistance (e.g., carrying a stroller), please email us in advance — we’re happy to help.

    • You’ll receive a reminder and brief screening form 3 hours before your visit.

    • Please take a moment to complete it — it helps keep everyone safe and informed.

    • If you screen positive for any infectious condition, please email us right away to cancel or switch to an online session. (If you switch to online, the 48-hour cancellation policy does not apply.)

    • Scent-Free Policy:

      • Please avoid wearing strong scents. This includes perfumes, colognes, scented body care products, or anything containing synthetic fragrances or harsh chemicals.

    • We recommend having a little something to eat—like a light snack—before your session. This helps your body feel grounded, steady, and ready to receive treatment.

    • We are just a few minutes’ walk from both Broadview and Chester subway stations on Line 2.

    • There is no on-site parking, but both paid and street parking options are available nearby. 

    • Please plan accordingly to allow time to find parking and walk to the office.

    • Masking is optional. If you are coughing or sneezing, we kindly ask that you wear a mask.

    • You're welcome to change into clean slippers provided.

    • Feel free to use the washroom, rest in the waiting area, or change into loose, comfortable clothing before your session.

    • Please turn off or silence your phone before your session.

    • We kindly ask that you keep your voice low, as there are other offices on the same floor.

    • Enjoy light reading from the books in the waiting area (please do not take them home).

    • We’ll bring you into the room at your scheduled appointment time.

  • We want you to feel safe, comfortable, and grounded during your visit. Here are some ways we support that:

    • Jewelry: For your comfort, we recommend removing jewelry (rings, earrings, bracelets, watches) before your session. A clean tray is provided for your convenience.

    • Lighting: Adjustable dim lighting is available—just let us know your preference.

    • Air Purifiers: Two air purifiers run throughout the day providing gentle white noise. We turn them up during moxa treatments.

    • Music & Audio: A small selection of calming music and guided body scan recordings is available.
      You’re also welcome to bring your own music or playlist to help you relax.

    • Clothing & Comfort: You are always in control of how much clothing you’d like to keep on—for both acupuncture and massage therapy. Your comfort and boundaries are always respected.

    • Other Items: You’re also welcome to bring anything that helps you feel at ease—like an eye mask, earplugs, or even your favourite clean blanket. We also have a 15 lb weighted blanket available upon request.
      A table warmer and heating lamp are available for additional warmth.

    You’re welcome to let us know if you have any sensory needs or personal preferences that would help you feel safe, comfortable, and grounded during your session at our office.
